Xylitol Gums clean the teeth and may
promote dental health.
The gum is flavoursome and is a better choice than sugar laden sweets and gums
etc.
Chewing gum
after a meal stimulates saliva, which washes
the teeth and neutralizes lactic acid produced by bacteria. It is this acid
that eats into the enamel and creates cavities.
Dental plaque is the first stage of
cavity formation. Tartar can cause gum problems, and staining is
unsightly. The regular use of these gums can help reduce those
problems, firstly by eliminating cane sugar and secondly by direct
effects through promoting saliva after meals.
