health is dependant on a regular supply
through our diets and if necessary through
supplementation.
During deficiencies growth and development
of the skeletal system may suffer. Sugar

protein and energy production may also be
affected. It is needed for proper growth and development, and is involved
in numerous metabolic processes in individuals
of all ages.
Extra zinc is needed during pregnancy

through the diet by researching zinc rich
