Trace Mineral Maintenance contains 70 plant derived trace minerals.
These are chelated by the natural means
of plant life and are very safe to use.
The natural chelation enables better absorption
and assimilation. Many are unaware of the
amount of minerals necessary for human and
animal health and are happy enough when
they see 10 or 26 listed minerals on a product.
Far better to get as full a spectrum as
possible. Only tiny amounts are needed and
that is why they are trace minerals.
Minerals activate enzymes and enzymes
are so vital to our health as well. Enzymes
in turn cause thousands of necessary reactions
in our systems.
There is a question about the presence
of aluminium, but aluminium and even cyanide
(in lettuce eg) are found in foods that
we eat on a daily basis. It is in very tiny
amounts that these are present and are not
harmful in those amounts, or in the plant
form. For instance, one would have to eat
piles and piles of lettuce to be poisoned
by the cyanide present in that lovely vegetable. Other
forms of aluminium (elemental aluminium)
is toxic and can cause health problems.
