form of dietary sulphur used by our bodies
every day. Sulphur is a major component
in many of the body’s proteins, hormones,
enzymes and tissues.

sulphur compound is found in all living
things. MSM’s sulphur is used in the body
to support healthy connective tissue and
joint function.Even though MSM is found
in many foods, including meat, fish, some fruits,
vegetables and grains, it is destroyed when
foods are cooked. The same thing happens
to enzymes which are abundant in raw fruit
and vegetables. When substances are destroyed
in the cooking and various processes in
the food industry, supplements are valuable.
