GUGGUL LIPID
(100 tabs) (Commiphora mukul).
Single herb
(Gum used).
500mg per tablet.
(standardized to
contain 25 mg guggulsterones per 2 tablets)
Recommended on the label:
1
or 2 tablets with 3 meals a day. Do not overdose.
Other ingredients: Di-calcium
phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silicon dioxide (powdered
silica), and stearic acid (vegetable).
Properties: Anticholesteremic, Anticoagulant, Antirheumatic, Hepatic.
Nutrition for:
Circulation, blood consistency, maintain already normal cholesterol
and triglyceride levels , softening the build up in arteries,
thyroid gland and weight problems because of sluggish thyroid.
Guggul is
a small thorny tree with thin bark, native to the Middle East
region and the Indian Plains. It is many times leafless but the
leaves when present are trifoliolate, and the tree has red/pink 4
petaled flowers. It exudes a thick yellowish sticky resin which has
been used in Ayurvedic medicines for centuries. (Ayurveda is the
ancient Hindu art of medicine and of prolonging life).
Guggul Lipid is
the soluble portion of the gum.
The gum is similar
in properties to Myrrh and has been used in the same way as Myrrh.
Most research has been done in India on Guggul.

mukul, Guggul lipid, Indian Bedellium, and Guggulow, Mukul myrrh.
Precautions:
Not during
pregnancy (may stimulate contractions).
Not if you are on
heart drugs or blood thinners.
Not for
haemophiliacs.
May affect people
with irritable bowel syndrome and liver problems or if taking St
Johnswort.
Do not overdose.
If on any drugs
for any problem at all, check first to see if this herb is
compatible.
If lactating seek
advice first.
Use only if
