Single herb
(leaves and stems used).
395 mgs per
capsule.
Recommended on the label:
2 capsules with a
meal twice a day preferably breakfast and lunch.

I had a friend years ago

It is known to
contain caffeine in the natural state and is commonly known as
“brain food”.
It is said that Gotu Kola
is a staple
part of elephants' diets.
Gotu kola provides
the nutrients to increase the circulation to the brain thus
improving the performance of the mental powers.
