DAMIANA (100 capsules) (Turnera diffusa).

Single herb (leaves used).

350 mgs per capsule.

Recommended on the label: 2 capsules twice daily with a meal.

Other ingredients: Kosher gelatin and water capsule.

Properties: Antidepressant, Aperient, Aphrodisiac, Cardiac, Corrects Polarity, Diuretic, Euphoretic, Glandular, Nervine, Stimulant., Urinary antiseptic.

Nuitrients: Vit A, C and B3 (niacin) alkaloids, flavonoids, cyanogenic glycosides, tannins and resins.

Nutrients for: Sexual health, nerves, stamina, vitality.

Damiana was used by the Aztecs as an aphrodisiac, but it is especially recommended as a nutrient when the failing sexual health is due to a nervous condition, with stress causing a low libido. It is a very popular herb and is known as a very safe herb for the sex glands with a mild action.
