Chaste Tree is a Nutritional
Supplement for mature women and for ladies in the child rearing age
group. Pre-menstrual tension, other pre symptoms, and fertility
problems might be helped with the nutrition in this herb.
Chaste tree herb may help to balance oestrogen and
progesterone in ladies, and in males the androgens.
It is a very large tree, and the
leaves, flowers and berries can be eaten straight off the tree.
It is said that the fruits were used in
ancient times by the Monks to keep them chaste from sexual desires.
Best not for men today as it could
have a detrimental effect on normal functioning.

pepper, sage tree, hemp tree (because of similar flowers to hemp).
Precautions:
Not recommended during pregnancy or
lactation, or for men.
