Mineral Powder is a great way
for anyone to take a supplement of Vitamin C, along with other
nutrients, especially if they are averse to swallowing tablets or
are children, who usually love zesty tasting and feeling drinks. It
is lemon flavoured.

VITAMIN C (a
nutrient needed for many functions and the immune system)

Ascorbic acid

Hesperidin
194 mg ( a crystallizable, bioflavinoid glycoside, occurring in
most citrus fruits, especially in the spongy envelope of oranges and
lemons. Nutrient for circulation and the intracellular levels of Vit
C.
An
antioxidant.
Also in every 2 grams:
Magnesium Phosphate 190mg
Nutrient for many functions and balancing other nutrients.
Calcium Phosphate
100mg Nutrients for most needs in the body including the skeletal
system, but also highly important for other systems.
Zinc Sulphate 2.9mg
Nutrients for most needs including the functioning of enzymes. If
soils are deficient this is a great way to add it into the diet.
Plus the fructose
and glucose to sweeten.

Zesty Vit C is totally free of corn and wheat products, salt, yeast,
artificial flavourings, artificial colourings, and artificial
sweeteners.
If at first the
flavour is too strong, as always start with minute amounts to allow
the body and in this case the taste buds, to get used to it.

replace a balanced diet of raw fruits and vegetables that contain
these nutrients.
