water or juice

Ingredients:
Psyllium Seed Hulls (Plantago
ovata) also known as Plantago
Provides bulk through fibre.
It has one of the highest levels of
soluble fibre known thus far.
Hibiscus Flowers (Hibiscus
sabdariffa) Nutrients for circulation, inflamed tissues, smooth
muscle spasms.
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza
glabra) Nutrients for the adrenal glands, bitter properties,
mucosal fluids, muscle spasms. inner stress.
Psyllium Hulls Bulk combination is
a good product to gain the benefit, not only of the fibre in
Psyllium, but also the nutritional benefits from the herbs added to
this combination. (see details above)
The hulls absorb several times their
weight in liquid. So best to drink plenty of water throughout the
day.
Psyllium has high amounts of soluble
fiber that has a mucilaginous quality.
Precautions:
Not for under 6
year olds.
Drinking enough
liquid is essential.
May cause allergic reaction in
persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
If on any drugs for any problem at all,
check first to see if this herb is compatible.
