Children over 4:...2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily with a meal.

Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 100 mg

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 400 IU

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 30 IU

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 1 mg 1

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.6 mg

Niacin (niacinamide) 12 mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1.4 mg

Folic Acid 100 mcg 5

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg

Biotin 20 mcg 1

Pantothenic Acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 6 mg

Iron (amino acid chelate) 4 mg 40% (20%),

Zinc (gluconate) 3 mg

Liquid Multi Vitamin and Minerals plus iron is preferred by some children to swallowing or chewing tablets. This is a sweet product.

If the child does not like the taste it can be mixed into food or a strong beverage.

It contains a good range of nutrients including 12 essential vitamins and the minerals listed above.

Nature's Sunshine products has not included anything harmful such as artificial substances to colour or flavour the product. It also does not contain sucrose but rather uses fructose. Nor does it contain any starches or preservatives.
