Fructooligosaccharides
(FOS, short and long chain) is a blend of dietary fiber (prebiotic)

This product has
been designed especially for kids and is valuable for helping
balance the intestinal flora that has been destroyed by the use of
antibiotics, and also the imbalance caused by poor diet.
It is best not to
use this product or any probiotic while still taking an antibiotic,
as friendly bacteria is destroyed along with the bad during this
time. Best to wait a week after finishing the antibiotics.
