PV means your Personal Volume.
GV means your Group Volume.
MEMBERS WHO HAVE NO DOWNLINE
When you become a member, and even if
you are not “working the business”,
(in other words you are just
obtaining products for yourself and family etc and have no members
under you) you will receive a bonus from the Company if your PV
(personal volume) is 175.00 or more in a given month. Below is a table of the percentages paid out.
MEMBERS WHO HAVE DOWNLINE
If you have members under you, your
GV (group volume) needs to be a minimum of 175.00 in
a given month and you need to have purchased at least 25.00 PV to
qualify for a bonus.
Bonus on downline members PV
Your members in
your downline receive the same bonuses as you do on their own PV or
GV, but if they do not qualify for any, and that would happen if
their PV or GV was below 175.00, then you would be paid your
qualifying rate on their PV as well as your own PV.
Your qualifying
rate depends on how much your GV is, not your PV.
(providing you
have a PV of 25.00 or more).
If they do qualify
for a bonus, you will receive what is left.
e.g.
If your group volume is 500.00
You have a PV of 150.00 (your GV is 500.00
so you qualify for a 12% bonus on your PV)
One member has a PV of 100.00 (s/he will
not qualify for a bonus so you get 12% here)
One member has a PV of 250.00 (s/he
qualifies for a 5% bonus so you get 7% here because the total allowed is 12% because of your GV level))
So on your own PV of 150.00 plus the 100.00 PV of the first member mentioned you will
be
paid 12% of
250.00 = 30.00
Plus 7% on the second
members PV of 250.00 = 17.50
A total of 47.50 Plus
the company pays GST on this as well = 53.43 at the
moment.
Duplicate this if you have many members and
customers and you will see how you can earn a substantial extra
income.
THE BONUS PLAN
UPPER LEVELS:
Breakaway commences at 875PV.
This means that when a member in your
downline reaches this level of GV, PLUS she has a PV of 100.00
within that volume, s/he breaks away from under you and, if you are
on the same level and have also broken away from your upline, (the one
who sponsored you), you will receive 10% on the breakaways' GV You
become a team leader at this stage but it must be maintained to
remain at that level, or any level above that. You get paid only on
the first level of breakaways at this stage.
You can see from this that it is a plan
that needs work to qualify, but not nearly as much as the previous plan where
you needed 700 PV to qualify.
So members under you are needed
to keep your Group Volume stable and so
are customers to keep your Personal Volume stable.
To reach the next
upper levels you need many more in your group
of members and regular customers.
