Precautions:
Do not exceed recommended dose. If
symptoms of headache, nausea or diarrhoea
develop, reduce dosage or stop. Better to
restart after a break, (when the symptoms
stop), on a very low dose (eg 1 capsule
every 2nd day) and build up as it is tolerated.
