CHONDROITIN (60 caps)
300 mg of chondroitin sulfate per capsule

Recommended on the label: Adults:
2 capsules with a meal twice daily.
Other Ingredients: Silicon dioxide
(powdered silica), magnesium stearate (vegetable),
kosher gelatin and water capsule.
Nutrition for: Structural system,
connective tissue, joint moisture, joint
inflammation, stiffness, and some forms
of arthritis.
Chondroitin is produced in the
body, generally, but as we age this ability
diminishes to varying degrees.
It is also found in foods, but usually
in small amounts. The body's ability to absorb
chondroitin well makes supplementation possible.
Moisture in the joints is a must for
flexibility, resiliency and cushioning against
activities like jumping, walking, running,
lifting etc and we all do a lot of those
things in a lifetime.
Connective tissue needs to maintain strength
and Chondroitin provides nutrition to help
the bonding of collagen fibers in these
tissues. These fibers retain vital moisture
in the joints and other tissues required
for elasticity, resiliency, and resistance
to compression.
The cartilage between bones is designed
to protect them from moving against each
other and to reduce friction. The absence
of these cushions causes great pain. There
are enzymes that can deplete these cartilages
and Chondroitin may inhibit this action.
Chondroitin works along with other nutrients
such as Glucosamine to help rebuild and
maintain healthy cartilage.
Chondroitin sulfate is also found in
the skin, blood vessels, and other types
of connective tissues.
